[Maypole] some Installation Issues

Hi list,

impressed from Simons (Thank you!) Articles I finally managed it to
install  Maypole today, and most of the beerdb example works.
Unfortunaly, I had some issues (and still have some) when I installed
Maypole:

- I had to edit the macro - link template
- I applied the patch for 1.5 for many2many, now I see at least the
beers in the pub.

But I still can't add a new beer to a pub over the webinterface? does
anybody know whats wrong? Sorry, if I mail you with an old problem,
but I did not found a solution for this in the documentation,
ml-archive or the wiki.
If it was correct what I did (patching and macro link) I'am wondering
why you don't release a new version (including those 2 fixes)?
