[Maypole] Maypole on Windows2000

Hi,

I have been trying to set up Maypole on my Windows2000 machine; however, I
am stack.
Can anyone describe me how to set up Maypole on Windows?
I am using Apache/2.0.52 (Win32) mod_perl/1.99_13 Perl/v5.8.4
Unfortunately I cannot even find a template-toolkit.ppd and other stuff.
Are there any websites related to Maypole on Windows? 
I would appreciate any kind of information.
