[Maypole] Maypole 1.5 is released

This release fixes everything in RT that I don't have to think about. :) 
Hopefully another release next week will focus on the things I do have
to think about...

Notable features:
    - Better error handling when template not found
    - Maypole::Model::CDBI::Plain

The full story:
    - CLI mode correctly uses Constants module
    - Template footers as well as headers (Markus Ramberg)
    - Fix problems on failed object create (Jesse Shiedlower)
    - Fix related() to deal with latest version of Class::DBI (Markus)
    - Add sample CSS to distribution
    - Maypole::Model::CDBI::Plain, for those who already have a CDBI set
      of classes set up
