[Maypole] namespace conflicts with multiple maypole applications

This problem has been noticed a few times, see this email:

I don't believe Simon had any luck with it, and unfortunatly I've had a
period of illness which limited the amount of time I could spend on it,
still, you might find the information helpful in your investigation.

Hello,

I've noticed when running several maypole applications (yes, with  
different package names), that the column names, ect, get confused.

This happens when trying to run both the beerdb and ISellit examples, for  
example.

Has anyone figured out a solution to this?  I plan to be running several  
sites via maypole, so it'd be nice to fix :)  I have poked around in the  
code, but thought I'd check the list before doing any major hacking.
