[Maypole] CGI install problem...

I'm trying to get the BeerDB working with Maypole::CGI. I'm getting the 
following error:

Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at 
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/CGI/Maypole.pm line 39, <DATA> line 
3077.
file error - beer.cgi: not found at 
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/Maypole/View/Base.pm line 66, <DATA> 
line 3077.

Can anyone give me some suggestions about what might be causing the 
error? I've modified the BeerDB.pm to point to my host, and am using 
the beer.cgi from the man page. I've copied all of the templates to the 
cgi-bin/beerdb/ directory.
