[Maypole] MasonX::Maypole for Maypole 2

Great to see the list back up, I was getting worried. 

I've just uploaded a new version of MasonX::Maypole that works with
Maypole 2. It also now follows the same template search paths and 
uses the same path parsing scheme as Maypole, and has a
MasonX::Maypole::View subclass. Includes Masonized versions of the
factory templates from Maypole 2. 

This is a development version for the moment, and probably won't work 
with Maypole 1. 

If you're using a previous version of MasonX::Maypole, this release
will break your app in a big way.
