[Maypole] Apache::Template compatibility

Has anyone considered or even done any work on having Maypole provide
features similar or drop-in equivalents to Apache::Template?
Specifically, the TT2* Apache directives, and some of the variables that
are made available to the template via TT2Params, i.e. uri, params,
pnotes, et al.

I'm about to write an override for M::View::Base::vars for the latter
but just in case someone already has...
