[Maypole] TT Include path not getting set

Ahh. yes. I copied the beerdb directory to the apache2/htdocs folder and this
fixed it. Thanks. My confusion came from fact that that Modperl documentation
and Apache use the term "Server root" to refer to /usr/local/apache2  or where
the httpd is.  And "Document root" means /usr/local/apache2/htdocs.   I read
"copy tmeplate folders to to "beerdb/" off the "Server root" in some Maypole
documentation on the web yesterday. 

The current SVS Apache::MVC.pm pod tells you to copy the templates to the "web
root". That's better than the previous but not as clear to me as "Document
root" or "Web Document Root".
