[Maypole] Apache Version 2 OK?

1.7 (currently on CPAN) does not, it's a new feature in the upcoming 2.0
release. (available via svn)

With 2.0 you will just say "use Maypole::Application;" and it will
magically work with mod_perl1, mod_perl2 and as CGI...
