[Maypole] 2.0.2 maypole template uses /maypole.css

Hi Marcus,

Thanks for working on the Maypole templates.  I'm just trying the new 
ones.  I spotted this on the frontpage (header maybe?).

the template should use $BeerDB->config->{template_root}/maypole.css

my TT coding isn't correct but that's the idea.
