[Maypole] [ANNOUNCE] Catalyst 2.99_12

except that Catalyst itself is not on CPAN and
doing the Bundle install was a waste of time as it pulled in module 
after module after module but not Catalyst.
Therefore,           Catalyst::Model::CDBI  doesn't compile.

Why did you throw Plucene into this? What has that to do with anything?
Mind you Plucene::Simple doesn't pass its tests...
