Hello! We have now been married for three months – although each
month’s wedding anniversary so far we have managed to miss noticing!

**Traveling**

Our work in the UK mainly involves encouraging people to get into
mission, and so recently we have been to Dinas Powys, Gerrards Cross, St
Austell, Oxford and Barnstaple, to speak (and listen!) at various
mission days, prayer or CU meetings and conferences. We’ll have more of
these events in June and July too. We are quite weary from traveling
away from home a lot, but we enjoy meeting new people and even being on
the road.

**Settling**

Our completely nomadic days are over though, as our house worked out in
record time! You might recall that in April we asked you to pray that we
could secure and move into a house in Gloucester, and preferably before
we would be forced to rent somewhere temporary. Well, we moved in at the
start of May! It is totally God’s provision. We like being here and have
been decorating and sorting it all out.

Our neighbours across the street are Christians from Tanzania and
Zambia, and Henrietta actually met them about 6 years ago through IFES!
Either side of us are British families so we hope to get to know them
all a bit more.

Our college course starts in September and we have quite a bit of
‘pre-course reading’ to do, which so far isn’t happening very fast!
Maybe you could pray for us to get into that?

**Envisioning**

Our team in Japan met last month to discuss a new vision statement. We
both feel very happy with the result: To pioneer and partner to
establish light-giving churches in Japan.

As we both elected to remain on the WEC Japan Media Team even while in
Britain, we have been communicating about this vision to prayer supporters.
